In April 2021 a 1,250kVA diesel genset was supplied by TEKSAN to provide both backup and prime power to commercial buildings at the Zefir Mall, Baku. One of the latest developments in the capital city, Zefir Mall shopping and entertainment centre (SEC) is based in the Yasamal district of Baku. The mall is a project of the Azerbaijan State Agency for Housing Construction. Construction works have been carried out by Kontinent İnşaat LLC by order of PMD Projects LLC. With an area of ​​6,500 square metres, Zefir Mall Baku is winning praise for its modern design – its distinctive feature is the visual image of the starry sky on the facade of the building.
